WHAT IS THE FLOURISHING STUDY?

THE FLOURISHING STUDY WAS CREATED TO HELP WOMEN FLOURISH SPIRITUALLY, RELATIONALLY, AND PHYSICALLY. WE WERE CREATED BY GOD TO FLOURISH AND WE PRAY THAT THIS IS A RESOURCE YOU WOULD USE TO DISCOVER THE TRUTH AND JOY IN LIVING A FLOURISHING LIFE WITH THE LORD.

THE COURSE IS BROKEN INTO FOUR SEPARATE PARTS:

1.) WEEK ONE IS ALL ABOUT WHAT FLOURISHING IS.

2.) WEEK TWO DIVES INTO FLOURISHING SPIRITUALLY.

3.) WEEK THREE OUTLINES FLOURISHING RELATIONALLY.

4.) WEEK FOUR FINISHES US OFF WITH FLOURISHING PHYSICALLY.

AT THE END OF EVERY WEEK IS A REST DAY WHERE YOU CAN TRULY REST AND REFLECT ON THE PAST WEEK, PREPARING YOUR HEART AND MIND FOR THE NEXT WEEK TO COME!

THE STUDY IS DESIGNED TO BE 30 SEPARATE DAYS. THE PACE YOU GO IS UP TO YOU! EACH DAY THERE WILL BE A RANGE OF CONTENT: WRITTEN, VIDEO, GUEST SPEAKERS, OR A MIX OF MULTIPLE! THERE WILL ALSO BE AT LEAST ONE UNIQUE RESOURCE (LOTS OF FUN ONES LIKE PLAYLISTS, WORKOUTS, ETC.) AND A SET OF REFLECTION QUESTIONS/ACTIVITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN EACH DAY.

what is A LIGHT CALL?

A Light Call is a free 30-minute one-on-one conversation for women who simply need someone to come alongside them and point them back to the Light.

Life can feel confusing, heavy, or lonely at times. Whether you're walking through a difficult season, wrestling with a decision, feeling stuck, or just longing for someone to process life with through a biblical lens, this is a space for you.

As a certified Christian life coach (not a licensed counselor or therapist), my role isn't to have all the answers- because I don't! My heart is simply to listen well, ask thoughtful questions, and help you seek God's truth together through His Word.

My prayer is that you leave feeling encouraged, reminded of who God is, and equipped to take your next step in faith.

"For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light."

Ephesians 5:8

Whether you're navigating shame, anxiety, uncertainty, a season of waiting, a difficult relationship, or simply longing to grow closer to Jesus, these calls are a safe place to bring whatever you're carrying into the light.

You don't have to have it all figured out before you come.

A Light Call is for women who are ready—and who want help—to bring God’s light into areas of their lives that feel dark, heavy, or unclear. It’s for those seeking accountability, biblical encouragement, and guidance to stay rooted in truth as they navigate real-life challenges.

This is a space for women who are especially:

Wrestling with guilt, shame, or past mistakes

Trying to break cycles of sin or old patterns

Seeking accountability to pursue the goals God is calling them to

looking to set business, career, or other entrepreneurial goals

Navigating difficult or confusing relationships (or just relationships in general)

desiring g biblical truth, encouragement, and spiritual direction in dark areas of their life

As a certified Christian life coach, I’m here to walk alongside you, not to diagnose or fix you, but to guide you toward the freedom, light, and direction found in God’s Word.

Here’s how a Light Call works:

1.) Book your 30-minute call.

You’ll choose a time that works for you.

If your situation involves mental illness, trauma, or anything needing clinical care, I’ll kindly encourage you to seek support from a licensed professional. Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, reminder: there’s no shame in getting the right kind of help.

2.) During the call:

We begin with prayer.

we’ll talk through the area where you’re seeking light, and I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help uncover what’s really going on.

more Towards the end, I’ll share Scripture, help you identify next steps, and we’ll close in prayer.

3.) After the call:

You’ll receive a brief follow-up text with a summary of what we talked about, any Scripture we focused on, and simple goals if we set them!

Is a light call counseling or therapy?

A Light Call is not a counseling or therapy session. I am not a licensed therapist or counselor and cannot diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are seeking help for mental illness, trauma, or any issue requiring clinical care, or if i see that you need more support than I am trained to provide, I will kindly and lovingly guide you to seek professional help from a qualified mental health provider.

How do I prepare for a Light Call?

Just come as you are! You might want to spend a little time praying and jotting down what you’re struggling with or goals you want to pursue, but there’s no pressure to have your thoughts 100% together.

Do I have to be a Christian to book a Light Call?

While a Light Call is rooted in a biblical perspective and centered on God’s Word, it’s open to any woman who is curious, seeking encouragement, or wanting support in their journey.

Do I need to have a Christian life coach to be a Christian?

absolutely not! Being a Christian is a personal faith journey between you and God. A Christian life coach is simply someone who walks alongside you with biblical encouragement and guidance to help you live out that faith more fully—but your relationship with God doesn’t depend on coaching- ever!

Does Christian life coaching replace my need for community?

no it does not. Coaching is one-on-one support to help you along, but it doesn’t replace the importance of community, mentorship, and healthy relationships. I’ll always encourage you to build those connections!
