HOPE IS A WILD RIDE! PRINT
A bit about the heart behind this print: the original is acrylic + oil pastel on archival watercolor paper.
This piece was inspired by a woman who has been such a role model to me by the way she loves animals + people. A recent diagnosis made me stop and think about just how important hope is in our lives.
And BOY… what a Wild Ride Hope is.
As I was prepping to paint this and while painting it, I was reminded of the Wild Ride Hope has taken me on. Sometimes it feels near impossible to hope while walking personally (& with the people we love) through loss, mental illness, health diagnoses, addiction, and all else this world throws at us.
But Hope in the Lord has been my anchor.
Hope in the Lord has taken me to some wild places only God could’ve orchestrated. And most importantly, Hope reminds me where this Wild Ride is leading: Heaven.
It’s felt near impossible at times, but I pray this painting is a reminder to everyone who sees it that HOPE IS A WILD RIDE WORTH TAKING!
